Biometrics in India!

Biometrics is now being used to uniquely identify each and every resident of India. India now use a system using biometrics where each resident is giving a twelve digit code by the biometrics system, allowing any individual to be uniquely identified anywhere in the country. Using this system will allow access to goods and services which is critical as a great deal of India’s population lack identification documents therefore having a biometric system in place could be the first form of identification these individuals receive.
